Simpang Pulai birding

Trying to find Blue Rock Thrush in the limestone hills around Simpang Pulai Ipoh. Its more difficult than I thought, with a big rock right in front of you the birds go either left to right or right to left. Nothing from top or bottom.

Paddy field birding .... Batang Tiga

Testing a new playground in Batang Tiga Melaka. Paddy fields after harvest and ploughing invites many birds of prey. Just lucky to catch this kite dismembering a mice.

Something to crow about ...

Finally found the one in a thousand/ million ... albino crow.


Lifer albino crow .... cleanest shot of the bird, too bad the feet is slightly cropped.
